Avelino Corma

Prof. Avelino Corma is an internationally recognized expert in material science and heterogeneous catalysis. He is an academician of the Royal Spanish Academy and the National Academy of Engineering, USA，the president of the International Zeolite Association, and the vice president of the International Association of Catalysis Societies.

Prof. Cormas current research field covers synthesis and characterization of novel nano-structured and molecular-sieve-based catalysts, as well as the exploration of catalytic activities of the synthesized catalysts in acid-base reactions and redox reactions.
